2010 Mexico Missions Trip

Help Support the Mission
On May 16 members of Cornerstone Church will be heading over the border for a week to serve along side other volunteers and staff at a mission in Vicente Guerrero , Mexico . The mission was founded in 1966 by the non-profit organization Foundation for His Ministry and was initially established as an orphanage for children in need. After many years and abundant blessings from the Lord, the mission has been able to expand their ministry to serve those in the surrounding communities by providing food, clothing, medical care and most importantly the Lord's love and message of salvation. One of the biggest needs at the mission and in the surrounding communities is a good pair of shoes and socks for the kids. In past years, the Cornerstone team has been able to collect and distribute over 100 pairs of shoes to the kids and it's our goal to do the same this year. If you would like to donate towards this cause by either a cash donation or by donating lightly used shoes, please contact Julie Burrows at tennisjab@sbcglobal.net. We would like to collect all donations by Sunday, February 21
