2008 Holiday Volunteer Opportunities

• Personal Shopper

• Escort parents through the toy shop as they choose gifts for their children. ??
• Dates: December 19th, 20th, and 22nd?
• Times: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 12 - 4 p.m.

• Sort and Restock

• Help sort toys and stock our toy shelves
• Dates: December 1st - December 22nd
• Days: Monday through Saturday
• Times: 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. (4 hour shifts)
• Events Days: December 19th, 20th, and 22nd, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. (4 hour shifts)

• Food Box Preparation & Distribution

• Help sort canned goods and fill food boxes.
• Help give out food boxes to low income families in need.
• Dates:December 1st - December 22nd
• Days:Monday through Saturday?Times: 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. (4 hour shifts)
• Event Days: December 19, 20, and 22, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. (4 hour shifts)

• Kitchen Helper

• Help prepare 3,000 meals to be delivered on Christmas Day.
• Dates: December 19th, 20th, 22nd and 23rd?
• Times: 7:30 - 11:30 a.m. ?Date: December 25th (Christmas Morning)
• Time:4 - 9 a.m.
  

• Translators
• We need your help serving parents in the following languages: Cantonese, Korean, Laotian, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
• Dates: December 19th, 20th, and 22nd
• Times: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 12 - 4 p.m.
